2, the installation should be regular and accurate: when the pipeline displacement is greater than or equal to the maximum compensation of the joint, the number of joint should be increased to parallel displacement, strictly prohibited in order to adjust the out-of-tolerance of the pipeline, so that the joint is in the limit of flexural displacement and deviation, but not beyond the limit (expansion, displacement, deflection, etc.).
3, air spring shock absorber installation in the air should pay attention to: high-rise water supply or suspended water supply, the pipeline should be fixed in the hanger, bracket or anchor frame, and can not let the joint bear the weight and axial force of the pipeline itself, otherwise the joint should be equipped with anti-pull device (its bearing force must be greater than the axial force of the pipeline).
4. When installing the rubber joint, the screw of the bolt should be extended to the outside of the joint, and the bolts on the end face of each flange should be tightened evenly and repeatedly according to diagonal compression method to prevent pressure deviation. Screw joints should be tightened with standard spanner with uniform force, do not use force stem force to make the live joint slip wire, slip edge and fracture, and to check regularly, so as not to loose the plate or water seepage.
5. After the rubber joint is under pressure for the first time (such as installation pressure test, etc.) or before it is used again for a long time, the bolt should be re-pressurized and tightened before it is put into operation.
6, avoid exposure to the sun, the use or storage of rubber joints, should avoid high temperature, ozone oil and acid and alkali environment. Used in outdoor or wind to the sun pipeline should be built sunshade, and is strictly prohibited violent, rain, wind turbid. Do not paint or wrap insulation materials on the surface of the joint. Due to the aging of rubber products, it should be checked and replaced in time.
