The rubber air spring is an elastic element, the load is mainly borne by the cord, the number of layers of the cord is mainly composed of 2 layers, and the product with special requirements is composed of 4 layers of the cord. If the air pressure is too low during use, the air spring product may not expand normally, the air spring does not have elastic function, and the air spring will rub against each other, causing early damage to the air spring. For hoop-sealed products, the general inflation pressure is not less than 0.07MPA, and for rim clamping and pressure self-sealing products, the general inflation pressure is not less than 0.1MPA. If the air pressure is too high during use, it may cause some air spring products to over-expand and cause early damage to the air spring. Generally, the design and use pressure of air spring products is one-third of the burst pressure. For places with better working conditions, the design and use pressure of air spring products can be increased to one-half of the burst pressure.
