Maintenance and Inspection:
To ensure safe use, be sure to carry out daily inspections. If any abnormality is found during inspection, replace with a new one.
1. Please confirm that the upper and lower panels and waist rings are properly placed. In particular, if pressure is applied to the waist ring in a state of displacement and detachment, the air spring may rupture.
2. If foreign matter, oil, or chemicals are stained on the air spring, be sure to remove them.
3. If lubricating oil is mixed into the air spring bladder, please clean it at any time and clean the rubber bladder with water regularly.
4. Please confirm that the supply pressure is appropriate. In particular, abnormal phenomena are prone to occur in the pipes, which should not be ignored.
5. Please replace the air spring in the following situations. There are cracks, damages, and wear on the outer rubber layer that go deep into the cord layer. The air spring is abnormally deformed and partially bulges. Even if there is no external injury, sometimes delamination occurs due to the accumulation of air inside the rubber layer and the frame. Oil, chemicals, heat, etc. can cause the rubber surface to swell and harden.
6. Corrosion of the upper and lower panels and waist rings will cause damage to the air spring. When corrosion occurs, parts should be replaced.
