AIRSUSTECH Air Springs Applications
- Air bags use air pressure to provide elastic support and reduce vibration. Some systems generate variable vibrations during operation, which can damage equipment and impair product quality. Air blowers can effectively solve these problems.
- This device is used in the felt guides of pneumatic presses, a classic application for air bellows. Installed on the arms of the press and dryer felt guide rollers, they precisely adjust the guide roller position in real time and quickly correct press and dryer felt deviations. Air suspensions ensure smooth and responsive linear motion, enable precise correction control, and prevent press felt edge abrasion and paper damage caused by deviations.
- Air springs are also used in the press and calender sections of paper machines to balance loads and isolate vibrations. In the press and dryer rolls, air shock springs ensure uniform loading, compensate for small mechanical deviations, and ensure constant pressure across the entire width of the paper. In this application, air rubber bellows can reduce vibration-related paper defects, maintain constant pressure, and significantly improve paper flatness and stability.
