2. Cord calendering.
The calendering process is a process in which the rubber compound is covered on the surface of the textile by a calender, and penetrates into the inside of the fabric gap, so that the rubber and the textile are tightly combined to form a rubber cord.
3. Film Calendering
The film required for the production of air springs is generally calendered with a three-roll calender. 5. Rubber cord cutting
