About Air spring construction
The end structure of the existing curved air spring can be divided into three categories according to the connection method: one is the fixed flange connection type, and the edge size of the two ends of the air spring is equal to or slightly smaller than the maximum outer diameter of the curved bag. Some, after drilling several holes, use the flange ring and the end plate to fasten the connection; the other type is the looper flange connection type, the edge size of the two ends of the air spring is much smaller than the maximum outer diameter of the curved bag, and no drilling is required. A special flange ring and a common end plate are used to fasten the connection; the third type is self-sealing type, no flange connection is required, the end plate is pressed into the end plate, and the compressed air is filled to seal itself.
