Flange air spring according to the connection can be divided into three categories
one is fixed flange connection type, air spring at both ends of the edge size and bursa, large diameter is equal to or slightly smaller, after drilling a number of holes with flange ring and end plate fastening connection;
The other is looper flange connection type, the air spring at both ends of the edge size is much smaller than the bursa, large outer diameter, without drilling, with a flange ring and a common end plate fastening connection;
The third type is self-sealing type, no flange connection, pressed into the end plate, filled with compressed air, self-sealing.
Advantages of Guomat Air Springs
1) Guomat air springs have excellent nonlinear hard characteristics, which can effectively limit the amplitude, avoid resonance, and prevent shock. The nonlinear characteristic curve of the air spring can be ideally designed according to the actual needs, so that it behaves with a lower stiffness value near the rated load.
2) Since the medium used by the air spring is mainly air, it is easy to implement active control.
3) The stiffness k of the air spring varies with the load P, so under different loads, the natural frequency of its vibration isolation system is almost unchanged, and the vibration isolation effect is almost unchanged.
4) The stiffness of the Guomat air spring is adjustable, and the stiffness of the system can be changed by changing the volume of the air chamber or the inner cavity pressure. No matter how much the load is, the air pressure can be changed as needed to adjust the air spring stiffness, and the internal volume of the auxiliary air chamber can be increased to reduce the stiffness.
5) For the same size Guomat air spring, when the internal pressure changes, different load-carrying capacities can be obtained. This allows the same air spring to adapt to a variety of load requirements, so it is economical. While bearing vertical load, air spring can also bear certain lateral load and transmit torque.
