Common faults of rubber air spring capsule
(1) The surface of the rubber airbag is worn.
The gap between the air spring and the surrounding parts is not enough, and it will be worn by friction with other parts of the air suspension during work. Material friction produces wear.
The rubber air bag will have holes when the wear is serious. If the shock absorber is damaged, the air pipeline or the brake system pipeline is loose, etc., causing friction with the rubber airbag, the surface of the rubber airbag will also be worn.
(2) Chemically corroded holes appear on the surface of the rubber airbag.
When the rubber airbag is stuck with grease, lubricating oil or gasoline, etc., if it is not cleaned in time, the grease, etc. will erode the surface of the rubber airbag, and chemical erosion holes will appear.
