This air spring can be used on modified cars. Installing an air suspension spring system on a refitted car can improve the comfort of the vehicle on the one hand and attract the attention of others on the other.

 

To ensure the normal operation of the air spring, it is necessary to carry out necessary debugging. The main points of debugging control are as follows:

1. The guide arm, airbag support, C-beam and other suspension components are correctly positioned on the axle before tightening, and the error is strictly controlled according to the drawing and installation process.

2. When the axle with the suspension parts installed is assembled on the frame, it is necessary to ensure that the axle is positioned correctly, which meets the requirements for the positioning of the front axle and the wheelbase of the vehicle manufacturer. Adjust by changing the length of the adjustable thrust rod and other methods. In order to avoid frequent padding adjustments in mass assembly, it is necessary to strictly control the position accuracy of the connection points of the suspension guide mechanism (such as the thrust rod support on the frame and the mounting hole of the guide arm) during frame welding.

3. After the suspension assembly is completed and the airbag is inflated, the suspension height should be controlled within the design height A±5mm (usually the installation height of the airbag assembly can also be measured instead).

4. Tighten all installation fasteners to the specified torque. If more than two fasteners form a group, they should be tightened according to the specified torque, and then check the tightening torque again.

5. The height valve should work normally during inflation and deflation, and the height valve sway rod and vertical adjustment rod have no movement interference with the frame, and the airbags are inflated and exhausted normally.

6. When the airbag is fully exhausted, there is a proper gap between the tire and the bottom surface of the vehicle and any other parts. The same is true when the front wheel is turned to the left and right extreme positions.

7. The airbag is fully inflated when it is fully loaded, and there is still a gap of 10-15mm around it.
