Product Description:
GOODYEAR 2B8-550 is produced by the GOODYEAR factory. This air spring is not only used in trucks and trailers but also as a vibrating conveyor in large dryers, centrifugal separators, coordinate measuring tables and machinery, and commercial washing machines.
Another air spring that can be used as a replacement is the 579-92-3-530 dual scroll airbag. It is technically the same as the GOODYEAR 2B8-550 air spring, and uses internal flexible pieces that are made out of molded beads. Goodyear rubber bellows are used with a 579-92-3-530 number, and the flexible pieces are clamped between the top and bottom plates and secured to the end bracket. It is then adjusted to the desired diameter.
